What's life like outside of gaming?

I don't get up to much really; I try and play football once or twice a week. I am also a massive movie buff so try and get to the cinema when I can. When I am not playing Xbox I am typically either watching something with my wife to be, Sarah, or can be found building websites when I can find the time.

What's the meaning behind your gamertag?

I don't quite know, although I am sure there is a scene in Cruel Intentions, where a character is referenced to as The Gregster, and so a minor tweak of a letter and there you have it. Nothing too exciting now.

How did you get into gaming and at what age?

As far as I remember I have always been a gamer, I remember getting my first console on my 7th Christmas. It was NES, and I was blown away, back then gameplay came before graphics and each game was like discovering something new. I guess it had more to do with being younger as nothing since Mario Bros. 3 has captivated me as much, although Halo is a close second.

Wife/Girlfriend?

Of course, I am engaged to be married 13th June next 2009, to my girlfriend of 4 years, Sarah.

What are your opinions on Xbox Live?

I love it. I have it since day 1 and have loved it ever since. Nothing beats the 360's experience, the unified friends list, in-game messaging, matchmaking is all great! Well worth £40 a year!

Favorite Game and Least Favorite?

An easy one and a hard one mixed into one question! Favourite would have to be Halo 2, I think I enjoyed it much more as an experience than Halo 3, plus I must have played it non-stop through University. As for least favourite, I would have to say Transformers, I thought it would be like the film,...it wasn't.

Achievements or gamerscore...which one do you play for?

Neither, not big on the whole Gamerscore angle. I think it's an excellent idea and integrated great into the 360 experience, but I play games for fun, If it isn't fun, I am not playing it.

What new feature would you like to see added to the console?

Clan Blade please, never since Halo 2 has a Clan feature been utilised well, and I sorely miss it.

What game are you most looking forward to now?

Halo Wars/Chronicles/Untitled Halo Project...anything with Halo in the name.

How did you come about UKSpotlight?

It originally stemmed as a branch outside of the UK Xbox Official Forums, until I was rudely copied, and then banned for life. Now I just use it as a place to meet cool people, play games, share thoughts and friendly banter!

Who do you most look up to in life and why?

My brother. He has done so much with himself at such a young age, and I also think he is mega cool!

Where do you see yourself in 20 years?

Probably still handling UK Spotlight, building websites for a living, and also have a wonderful home with my wife and kid(s).

What keeps you interested in UKSpotlight?

The people, everyone is really friendly and always up for a laugh. Mostly all of my best Xbox live moments have come from the gang on UKS. I love it.

I have a halo 3 Special Edition Xbox 360, a 40GB PS3, 26" Samsung HD TV, Pioneer Xbox 360 Surround Sound and much more. See the picture ?
